Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and territorial divisions of the State Migration Service will return to normal operation from May 12.

The lifting of quarantine restrictions will take into account the epidemiological situation in the regions, as well as the resumption of transport links in cities.

Territorial divisions of the State Migration Service and Citizen Service Centers “Passport Service” plan to expand work schedules and increase the number of services to be provided to citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons.
In addition, services will be provided in compliance with the requirements of one person per 10 m2, employees’ workplaces are equipped with a protective partition, thermometry and disinfection of premises will be carried out. Workers and visitors with signs of respiratory disease or without a protective mask will not be allowed.
